Elijah the climber

Yesterday Elijah took a step and today he was a climbing fool.  The day started for us at Bally's Total Fitness.  I worked out an hour then we headed home.  Elijah went down for his first nap of the day and I took a quick shower.  At lunch time we picked up Taco Bell for me and a Happy Meal for Noah and Caleb to split then off to a local park.  I'm not sure of the name of the park we went to, but it's a small park close to home.  We met our friends, Anne, Jack and Nate for lunch and some park fun.  Elijah, once fed and freed from the stroller, headed out to climb on anything and everything he could.  He made it to the top of the slide a few times.  Then he started up the other web climbing thing.  He really wanted to keep up with the big boys.  Nate and Elijah also enjoyed eating leaves.  They had a lot of fun and afterwards Caleb and Elijah both took some good naps.

Once everyone was up from naps we headed over to some other friends house for dinner, play time and baths.  It was a great way to wrap up the day and I feel like I'll be able to make it to Wednesday when Byron comes home from Las Vegas.

I've got a little more to wrap up before I can go to bed.  Tomorrow will not be as filled as today and that will be good.  Noah has his second day of preschool and while he is there we will be shopping, I still need to make my list.  More to come  :)
