The $100 peanut!!!! {St. Louis Children's Photographer}

So, today should have been very uneventful. The only things we had on our agenda were parent/teacher conference for Noah and Taekwondo for Noah. We left the house in time to be on time for the conference. Everything was going great. As we were getting on Olive I look in the mirror and see Caleb with his finger way up his nose. I told him not to do that and I'd throw back a tissue when I could. His eyes were watering and I asked what was wrong. He starts to cry and says, "Peanut up there." I said, "WHAT!!!" I pulled over in a parking lot as quick as I could. Jumped out of my car and got back to him so he could try and blow it out. He tried to blow it out and he was freaking out a bit. So was I to be honest. Anyway, I called the doctor to see what I should do and they send me straight to the ER. It took a while to get it out and they even mentioned the OR. Could you imagine have to surgically remove a peanut from your nose? Thankfully, that did not need to happen. They did have trouble getting it done. They tried with one tube but that was too big and could not pass the peanut. We had to take a break for them to go get a smaller tube and while that was happening Caleb had an accident on me! I did have a change of clothes for him, but not for me. Before they came in the second time and got it out Byron had to leave to go to the ball game. The ER people at St. John's ER were SO great! They took the other boys for treats and to see the fish. The fun did not stop there.
We got home and I put E in bed. Then, Noah, Caleb and I went outside to play. After a while out there Noah starts freaking out. His eyes are SO bad from allergies. I called the doctor to see if there was something I could do. He was already on Zertec and eye drops, but I was hoping for more. The only thing we could do is take him in, give him a bath and put a cold cloth on his eyes. He looked and felt SO bad. All was well by Taekwondo.

Those boys keep you jumping! My Sam is getting no relief right now from Zyrtec. Unfortunately, I just have to restrict his time outside. He looks just like poor Noah! Love the weather, hate the pollen!!
What am I in for tonight?! Ha! Ha!
